Dôležité upozornenie pre potravinový tovar:
V súlade so zákonom nie je možné odstúpiť od zmluvy pri tovare uzavretom v ochrannom obale, ktorý bol po dodaní porušený (napr. otvorené balenia potravín a surovín) z dôvodu ochrany zdravia alebo z hygienických dôvodov.
